If you'd like you upgrade or downgrade your StoryPrompt account, you can do this by clicking on your icon on the bottom left and going to Change your plan.

Here you will see your current plan and be able to upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan.

To cancel your subscription, go to downgrade and click Downgrade to Free. Please provide us with a reason for cancelling and you will then be downgraded to our Free plan.

Please note that after cancelling you will be downgraded to our Free plan. This means that you can still continue creating and showcasing your content. Your videos however will revert to having the StoryPrompt watermark and will be recorded in SD.
