This means that there are multiple prompts (questions) so for example: How did you discover us? What was the problem you were looking to solve? How did we help you? Would you recommend us?

These will then show as Prompt 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc. After each prompt, your customer will be able to respond and then it will move onto to the next question. You can make prompts skippable if you want the respondents to select which prompts to respond to.
