How to White Label StoryPrompt

As standard, all StoryPrompt links are branded with storyprompt.com. However, we also offer white labeling to users on our top plan.

What Does White Labeling Include?

When you white label StoryPrompt, you are able to rebrand the following:

  • Domain

  • Colors

  • StoryPrompt links

  • Share links

  • Embed links


How to White Label Your Account

✅ Step 1: From within your StoryPrompt account, click on your Workspace menu (top left), and click Manage, you'll see the settings for that Workspace.

✅ Step 2: A settings window will pop up. Select the Domain tab. If you're not already on the Premium plan, you'll be able to upgrade your account and the white label features will be enabled.

✅ Step 3: Enter a subdomain in the Custom Domain box.

✅ Step 4: Add an entry to your DNS to point the CNAME to StoryPrompt.

✅ Step 5: Click Validate to check that your subdomain is pointing correctly.

✅ Step 6: Once validated successfully, you'll be able to make additional customizations:

Adding Branding Colors and Logo to Your White Label

To add branding colors and a logo to your White Label, go to the Settings tab, here you can do the following:

  1. Give your Workspace a name.

  2. Add the brand colors – select a Primary, Secondary and text colors. These colors will override the StoryPrompt defaults when you access your white label site via the customer URL.

  3. Choose a font.

  4. Add your logo.

  5. Upload a background image.

  6. Add your video color palette – select background, nameplate and text colors.

✅ Step 7: Click Save Changes.
