How to Add Branding to Your StoryPrompt

To add branding onto your StoryPrompt, you need to create a StoryPrompt. Please see this article on how to collect your first testimonial.

Once your StoryPrompt has been created, select Customize and go to Configure your StoryPrompt. You will find Branding & Design.

Here you will find 4 tabs:

Prompt

In this tab you can add the following settings:

  1. Prompt layout - This is where you can select the layout of your StoryPrompt. You can choose between Portrait, Square and Landscape.

  2. Text color - You can select the color of the text on your StoryPrompt. This text can be seen on the actual prompt.

  3. Button color - You can select the color of the button on your StoryPrompt. This will either be your Record your reply button or your custom button.Background shadow - You can select whether you'd like a background shadow on your prompt.

Content

In this tab you can add the following settings:

  1. Font - You can select the font you'd like to use in your Welcome and Thank you pages.

  2. Text color - You can select the color of the text on your pages.

  3. Background color/image - You can select a background color for your pages or upload a background image. If you'd like you can search Unsplash for a background if you prefer not to upload your own.

Video

In this tab you can add the following settings:

  1. Title screen color - You can select the background color of the title screens.

  2. Nameplate color - You can select the background color of the nameplate. This is where the respondent's name will be displayed in the final video.

  3. Text color - You can choose what color you'd like for the text.

  4. Title font - You can select which text font you'd like to use in your video.

Logo

This is where you can add your logo to be used in your StoryPrompt.
