How Does My Client Respond to My StoryPrompt?
How Does My Client Respond to My StoryPrompt?
Updated over 8 months ago

Once you have created a testimonial and shared the link or embedded the prompt, your client is then ready to respond to your prompts.

If you have set up a welcome page, this is the first screen they will see when they click on your link.

Here they will read information about the process and also give you consent to use their video for marketing purposes.

After selecting the I'm ready button, they will then be taken to the first prompt. After watching or reading the first prompt, they will then be able to respond by clicking on the Record your reply button.

In this example, I have added a Write a response button which allows your client to send you a text reply. Having a button for a text reply is optional.

If you have created multiple prompts then the respondent will reply to each prompt individually and they will automatically be stitched together to become a seamless video.

Prompts and replies can be viewed and recorded from any device.

Responding to a Prompt Using a Video

When Record your reply is selected, the respondent will be able to reply using video like in the screenshot below. They will be able to use a script, retake as many times as they like, and utilize virtual backgrounds.

Responding to a Prompt Using Text

When Write a response is selected, the respondent will be able to reply using text like in the screenshot below.

Once the respondent has replied to your prompts, StoryPrompt will automatically stitch your videos together, add your branding, and produce a video testimonial for you.
