When you set up your StoryPrompt you can toggle which details you would like to capture from the respondent. Please click on this link for more information on how to capture contact details.

In the example below, I have requested for the respondent to add photos or videos to be used as b-roll. I have asked them to give a star rating, their name, email address, job title, company name, phone number and I have requested their consent to use their video.

The screenshot above shows what the respondent will see once they have responded to all your prompts. They will need to complete the information that you have requested.

Once the respondent has clicked Send your response, you will find their information in Individual Replies. Here you will see the b-roll which you can download or save.

If you click on the respondent's name, you will be able to call up their information and see if they gave you permission to use their response.
