You can request star ratings from your customers in the contact form. They will be able to add their rating once they have recorded their response.
To begin, you will need to set up your StoryPrompt and go to Configure your StoryPrompt.
To edit this page, go to Contact Form Page.
In this tab you can toggle the information you would like to collect on or off.
These include:
Collect contact details - This includes email and name.
Additional photos and videos - If toggled, the respondent will be able to upload photos and videos to be used as b-roll in the final video.
Headshot - This is an image of the respondent and is ideal for text replies.
Star rating - This will allow your customers to give you a star rating.
Title - The respondent can add their job title.
Company name - The respondent can add their company name.
Phone Number - The respondent can add their phone number.
To request a star rating from your customers, toggle Star rating. You will then see a preview of the star rating on the right.
Once the respondent has replied to your prompts they will be taken to the Contact Form Page where they can select how many stars they would like to give you.
