You might want to create a prompt but not allow replies. To disable replies from your prompt, follow these steps after creating your prompt.

Go to Share or embed on website and select the tab Customize. Toggle Disable replies.

After select Ok, I'm done and your respondent won't be able to reply to your prompt.
