You might have a customer send you a video that they recorded outside of StoryPrompt. You can still use this as a response and create a video from it.

To do this, click on your prompt link. After watching or reading your prompt, go to the Record your reply button. Instead of selecting Record your reply, select the upload icon on the right of it.

Now you can upload the recording and select Yes that you're Ready to send.
