If you would only like to receive video and/or text responses, you can disable voice recordings and screen recordings.
To do this, go to your prompt that's already been created and Edit.
Go to Response Options. Here you can edit your call to action and time limit. Under Video collection options check if you would like to disable voice-only replies as well as disable screen recordings.
