To add webhook and workflow settings to your StoryPrompt, you need to create a StoryPrompt. Please see this article on how to collect your first testimonial.

Once your StoryPrompt has been created, select Customize and go to Configure your StoryPrompt. You will find Webhook and Workflow settings. Here you can edit what automatically happens when you receive a response.

You will then see this screen by default.

This shows that when a respondent replies, it will automatically save and transcribe the reply. It will then notify you at your registered email address.

You can add the following steps: to automatically post to a Wall of Love or Post to a webhook. Please see further information about how to receive responses using a webhook.

To send replies to a Wall of Love, go to + Add step and Post to a Wall of Love. Then select which wall you would like it to be posted to.

Select Save step.
