To add webhook and workflow settings to your StoryPrompt, you need to create a StoryPrompt. Please see this article on how to collect your first testimonial.
Once your StoryPrompt has been created, select Configure and Delivery & Notification.
You will then see this screen by default.
This shows that when a respondent replies, it will automatically save and transcribe the reply. It will then notify you at your registered email address.
Add a step
You can add the following steps: to email the respondent, post to a Wall of Love or Post to a webhook. Please see further information about how to receive responses using a webhook.
To send replies or videos to a Wall of Love, go to + Add step and Post to a Wall of Love. Then select which wall you would like it to be posted to.
Select Save step.
