You can utilize a script for a prompt and reply. A script will work as a teleprompter so it is only for your use and won't appear on the final video. You can adjust the font size of the script and the speed that it will scroll, see below.
A script can help you in a number of ways:
You might like to send the respondent the text you'd like them to record.
If either party are feeling camera shy, a script can help them with points they need to mention
You might want to use AI to help with inspiration about questions to ask or use AI to improve your writing - see below for more information on how to use AI.
You can create a script in the following ways:
How to Create Your Own Script
Go to Record your video to create a video StoryPrompt.
Toggle to turn +Script/AI on.
Add your script where it says Write script..., you can also paste a script in here if you have copied and pasted it.
How to Adjust the Speed and Font Size of Your Teleprompter
Once your script has been added you have the option to adjust the font size of your script to make it easier to read. You can also make the text scroll if you have a few lines of text and don't want to be scrolling with your mouse.
You can adjust these settings but moving the slider to the right or left. You can also pause and restart the script once it's started scrolling.
How To Use AI to Generate a Script
If you would like to use AI to help you generate a script you can do this by pressing Space. You will then see some script options.
In this example, I have selected Script a Prompt to Ask for a testimonial.
You can also ask AI to:
Fix spelling & grammar
Improve writing
Extract points
Make shorter
Make longer
In this example, I selected Extract Points and it gave me a bulleted list of points I want to ask in my StoryPrompt.
