The Contact Form Page is where you will collect the respondent's contact details and ask for a release to use their testimonial for marketing purposes.

To edit this page, go to Contact Form Page.

You will then see three tabs, go to Get Consent.

This is where you can ask for the respondent's consent to use their content. You can toggle this on or off.

If this is toggled on, you can customize the consent text and make it mandatory if you'd like. If you choose not to customize the consent text, it will remain as our default text.

You can add links if you would like the respondent to read further information or sign external documents.

The respondent will then have to check whether they give consent.

To confirm whether you have the respondent's consent to use their video, go to the respondent's contact details in the individual reply by clicking on their name.

You will then see if they have granted you consent.
